Hosting and technical access data
Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Requests involve technical data such as your IP address, time, requested URL, browser information and, where supplied, the referring page. These data support content delivery, troubleshooting and protection against abusive requests.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a reliable and secure website. The technical data required for a request must be transmitted for the page to load.
The recipient is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, and its subprocessors. Cloudflare processes access and network data. Its privacy policy describes the details and retention criteria: Cloudflare. We do not maintain an additional visitor database.
Processing outside the EU
Cloudflare operates a global network. Processing outside the EEA, including in the USA, is possible. Cloudflare identifies the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses for relevant transfers as safeguards. Its contractual terms and safeguards are available in the Cloudflare DPA.
Cookies, search and statistics
Our website code sets no analytics or marketing cookies and uses no advertising pixels. Cloudflare Web Analytics is disabled. Catalogue search and genre filters run locally in your browser; our website code neither transmits nor persistently stores search terms. Images, scripts and fonts are supplied without external font services or social media embeds.
Depending on enabled protection features, Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies for bot detection or to record a completed security check. Their purposes and individual lifetimes are described in Cloudflare Cookies. These protections serve secure delivery, not our advertising profiling.
Email contact
If you email us, we process your email address, message and any information you choose to provide in order to answer your enquiry. Recipients may include our email provider and people handling the enquiry.
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to contractual or pre-contractual enquiries. For other matters, Article 6(1)(f) applies based on our interest in responding. Supplying details is voluntary; without a contact address we cannot reply.
We retain correspondence only for handling the enquiry and necessary follow-up or protecting legal claims. Where statutory retention duties apply, the documents concerned are retained for the required period.
Amazon, TikTok and Instagram
Purchases and pre-orders take place on Amazon. TikTok and Instagram are reached through ordinary links. We embed no content, tracking pixels or scripts from these platforms. Visiting our page therefore does not itself connect you to them; clicking a link takes you to the provider.
The provider's privacy information applies on its website. It may process IP addresses, account details or order information. Our homepage does not collect payment or order data.
Your privacy rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Any consent can be withdrawn for the future.
